Daytime Delivery is free to any U.K Mainland Address on Orders over £500.00. You will be given a time slot, of either between 8.00am and 1.00pm, or between 12.00noon and 6.00pm. In addition to this, the delivery crew will normally call one hour in advance of their expected arrival time in order to allow you to get home from work etc to take delivery.

Items are sent extremely well packaged, and are either delivered by our own delivery team, or our trusted carriers. Every delivery consists of two trained men, who will deliver to the room of your choice, providing it is safe to do so, and unwrap your purchase, removing all packaging as they leave.

All deliveries under £500.00 are charged at £35.00.

We can deliver to Ireland, a surcharge of £45.00 applies for Northern Ireland, and a charge of £70.00 for Southern Ireland. Delivery to the Hebrides carries a surcharge of £50.00

Our delivery service includes basic assembly of the items order, eg: putting legs on a dining table, lifting a top unit onto a base unit (for dressers and display cabinets), or fixing handles to your items. Our delivery crews will not assemble flat pack furniture unless you request them to in advance, for which extra charges do apply.

Please ensure the items you purchase fit into your home, through your front door, and through all internal doors, staircases and turns to their destination point. We will not remove doors or windows in order for delivery access, nor will we deliver to the room of choice if access is denied, if it is not possible to do so without causing damage to the property, or if it puts either of our delivery crew at risk under Health and Safety Legislation.
